Rodrigo was emotionally unstable...how these characters ended up together is beyond me. I've always been lukewarm towards Ms. Palmer's books, this one was just awful. I picked up at the library and FORCE myself to finish it. Kilhaven was a nicer man and someone I wouldn't mind learning more about.
I just loved this book - I waited for it to be released and now am not at all disappointed. I could really get into the characters of Glory and Rodrigo... Diana scores another win!
not one of my favorite Palmer books, Spent most of my time wanting to Punch Rodrigo in the face. He is a true, first class, I am better than you ASS! He does some pretty unforgiveable things. Glorianna for all strenth, Still come off as a door mat in the end.
Only after he is kidnapped and Glorianna pulls all kind of strings to get free does he have a change of heart. He comes back and all is forgiven. She should have let them keep Him!

very well written with plenty of drama thrown in. Diana Palmer gets a grip on your emotions and doesn't let go till the very end.
Diana Palmer is always great!
Another great Texas story from Palmer!
