The first book in the Annie Kinkaid series and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. Annie's character is just great. She's funny, fun and very likeable. I found myself laughing out loud at a few points over her inner musings as they are the type of things most women can relate to on some level.
The supporting characters are diverse and interesting. I loved everything about this book and highly recommend it.

Now she has a legit business doing faux finishing in San Francisco. But her talents are requested too often to identify fake pintings of the Masters, and she quickly gets embroiled in mysteries and murders!
This cozy mystery is quite different but excellent, too, and includes
light humor all through it as we follow Annie's antics and meet her friends, particularly when she meets a "fickle yet charming art thief."

Cozy mystery book dealing with the art world , takes place in San Francisco. Kind of hard to follow along unless you are into art and collections of paintings.

This book started off a bit slow for me, but I think that is because I am not big on the Art lingo. It did get much better and I really enjoyed the story and will continue reading the series.

Decent first novel for a series about a young art forger gone "straight" (though her grandfather hasn't!). Sets up the now-typical bad-bf/good-bf dilemma.
