Great book with a TON of information! I've had Fibromyalgia my entire life and Chronic Myofascial Pain for a several years. After all my experience, and the immeasurable amount of research I've done, I thought I knew everything there was to know. But man this book is teaching me SO MUCH MORE! I've shared it with members in my Fibro support group and every single one of them has given it rave reviews. This is a must-own for sufferers of FMS and CMPS.
