This was a great trilogy....I hope you request all 3, as I would hate to break up the "set."

I enjoyed this final book of the series as much as the other two, although if you would have asked me before I read it, I would've said Laura was my least favorite character (maybe only because I didn't know her story yet!). There's nothing earth-shattering or really surprising here, but that's probably because this is the final book of the trilogy. It ties everything up nicely, gives all the last details and explanations I wanted, and really ended as well as it began, with "Daring to Dream." If you liked the other two books, you'll be pleased with this one. Don't try to read it as a stand-alone story without having read the first two books--you'd be cheating yourself.

I enjoy Nora Roberts for light reading and somewhat predictable plot lines but she really makes me enjoy the characters. This book got me hooked into the "Dream" trilogy (it's book #1 in the series)

Laura faces a new challenge. His name is Michael Fury. Rather than the golden fairy-tale prince she once dreamed of, he is a man of passion and action and heat. He disrupts the ordered life she believed she wanted, and disturbs the heart she was sure she had locked.

The final novel in the Templeton sisters triology. This one is about Laura. She had always defined herself as a wife, a daughter, or a mother. Now, she has to finally discover Laura, the woman.
Beautifully written as only Ms.Roberts can do.

Book 3
The third book in the Dream trilogy concludes the saga of three best friends raised together in a wealthy California home. Laura Templeton is the daughter of a well-to-do hotelier. At 18 she believes her dreams are simple and easily fulfilled: she wants a good marriage and a healthy family. When Peter proposes, she believes her life will be perfect. But her dreams are short-lived. Peter doesn't prove to be the kind of husband or father material Laura has dreamed of, and when she finds that he is a lying, philandering thief she divorces him. Like her two best friends, Laura discovers that she must look beyond her obvious talents to discover who she is--before she will find success and happiness.

I have posted Books 1, 2 and 3 In gift condition separately in this series. This whole series is wonderful. It is about strong women doing what they have to do to make their place in the world. It is about three strong women who are basically starting over.
This book in particularly is about Laura Templeton. She is a divorced mother of two children. She is proud and strong. She won't cash in on her family name and instead works hard to make time for her children, take care of herself and make a living. Gradually, she gets to know Michael Fury, an old friend of her brother. As they get to know each other, true love blossoms. This is not just true love in an easy sence, but a love based on respect and common interests and strong wills. Wonderful.

This is a great series. Although each book can stand alone, why not start with the first book in this series and read all three in order. I find that the characters build on themselves and grow as you read the books in order.
