Excellent book. I've read numerous self-help books on self-employment and finding the right work to fit your personality and this was the best written with the most useful practical advice and exercises. It also was loaded with examples of how others had achieved satisfaction with work from home careers.
Most books of this genre are written by vacuous, Left-wing looney tunes and are filled with vague platitudes and idiotic drills telling the reader to engage in self-affirmation rituals and other silly navel gazing nonsense, but this one was not like that, which is why I liked it. Althought the authors are perceptably of the "liberal" persuasion, they do not come across as new-age flakes, which is more than I can say about other books of this type I've read, whose authors sounded like refugees from the Hippie Era still stuck in the Age of Aquarius.
