Fifth installment of the Orphan X series. Wow, this one was a doozy. Orphan X thinks he's eradicated the threat only to have it splinter into additional issues. So many more that he can almost barely handle them. This book has it all, and more. Has you on the tip of your seat throughout, with action and twists that you won't ever guess. Five stars!
Superhero, superman, Evan Smoak, The Nowhere Man is back again in all his glory. He decides one more call for help will be the last of his career. He wants to lead a normal life preferably with Mia and Peter, along with 16 year old Joey and Dog, the dog he rescues.
Helping Max Merriweather find out who is trying to kill him becomes a larger challange than he thought and the story unfolds with so many twists and turns it made me dizzy
I was totally mesmerized in this book,and afraid Mr. Hurwitz was going to retire his character but the unexpected ending proved otherwise.
I just adore this series.
