It was excellent and a real page turner. This is not one of Robinson's Detective Banks books - nor part of that series - but still fascinating and with a more in depth look at the victims of crime. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who loves mysteries, especially those set in England which are my favorite. This book - as with most of Peter Robinson's books - is set in the north of England.
This early book of his show his potential. A little rough, but a good read for the dedicated fan.
Very good Robinson book without Banks.
Although not an Inspector Banks mystery - still a good read.
Can't believe the rave reviews but to each their own
I found it to be very boring at the half way mark

Kind of gruesome, but enjoy Robinson's writing soooo much continued on.
