I am always thrilled when Erica Spindler has a new book out. She is by far one of my favorite authors. This book seemed predictable. Additionally it did not seem original. The book got going in the last 75 pages and I couldn't read fast enough, but before then I was simply reading without my interest.
I didn't get to page 100, it was just so slow and draggy, by page 75 it just wasn't holding my interest
It's written more like a Harlequin romance and I can't stand those!
Other reviews say it really doesn't get interesting until the last 75 pages but who wants to try to read slow draggy page after page until nearly the end, just flip to the last pages and get the ending.
