This is what I would call a bathroom book. As a collection of facts, or did you knows, it reads easily and is enjoyable but the varied range of stuff is ultimately just information. Ideal for those already inclined to enjoy trivial pursuit. Best read in groups of people or or in many short random reads, like in the bathroom while thoughtfully sitting on the toilet. Though... probably not best read with groups of people sitting on toilets.

For over 20 years Bill McLain was the answer man at Xerox. Anyone could ask any question and he would email them the answer in 24 hours. This book is some of the more interesting questions about life, nature, love and the future. A great easy read for any age level.
This book is full of funny and informative facts. It includes answers to questions such as "Why do I get a headache when I eat ice cream to fast?", "How did the "seventh inning stretch" originate?", just to name a few. It's very a great read.

Cute light read. Easy to read in very short sections, and you do not have to keep comming back to remember what you read. This worked well when I had really young kids.
