Love it! Only wish the plots were a little more believable and the characters a little less clown-like.

In book 5 of this fun series, Chet and Bernie are working for the mayor's office assigned to a movie star to keep him in line. This one seemed a bit thin on the plot, but Chet keeps it as entertaining as ever. For me, this series is funny, light reading and a welcome distraction from time to time.
Wonderful mysteries narrated by Chet, the dog partner of the Little Detective Agency, missing persons their specialty. Spencer Quinn captures the dog viewpoint with humor and accuracy. Highly recommended, especially for dog lovers.

Enjoyable reading to take your mind off a stressful day. Interesting to read something narrated by a dog and how he sees an investigation go down. I', passing this on to some of my book reading, dog loving friends.
As always, Chet gets right to crux of the problem: Who has the best snacks? Oh, he also manages to put the bite on the bad guys in the process. Always a fun romp with Chet.
