This book was ok, but not great. I was hoping for an exercise plan, but most of it was just a bunch of charts you had to puzzle over until you got it. Most of it is just common sense and finding your BMI or goal heart rate. This book is good as a way to find basic information fast, but you could find the same things online just as easily. Sure it gives some nice ideas, but nothing substantial. You would be better off with a good exercise program you can use.

This was an excellent book about how the human body works when it moves. I've invested in a pedometer after reading this book and also walked the dog. I'm keeping my copy.
