Okay, this book was fantastic the entire thing. There were absolutely no dull points in this book what so ever! I mean, it was a truly perfectly written book. I picked up the book only because of the title. FIT TO DIE. I workout alot and I read the back and thought this isn't that long and should be good. I had no idea how great it would be.
