A review on the back of this book said that the author's "light and breezy style make ideal reading for a lazy summer night." I don't know about "ideal reading," but this author certainly does have a "light and breezy style." A little too casual for me, there wasn't enough substance in the characters or the plot for me to continue reading this book past about chapter four. Not too heavy, it might be just what you're looking for to read on a lazy summer night, or in any season for that matter. It is clean, free from racy behavior, crime sprees, or inappropriate language. At least, it was through chapter four!

Jay Jarvis just moved east. His dating life's gone south. What else is a guy to do but go fishing? This is an honest book from the guy's point of view.
