Very interesting book and recipes are actually tasty.
Ok, well I haven't actually done the diet yet....but thought I'd at least come post that the recipes are actually really good looking...and I'm a very picky eater. There were a few 'out there' recipes, but most were pretty mainline.
The idea of this diet is to eat 4 times per day-- every 4 hours. Each meal should have 400 calories and a MUFA (monounsaturated fat)
And YES- the cupcake on the cover IS in the book...and it is a normal recipe!!
