I really liked this book, it is like having a personal consultant for your figure and what styles to wear. No matter how you are built you can learn how to wear clothes that are flattering to your figure. I found the book very helpful and informative. And the suggestions make a big difference in how you look in your clothes. It also helped me avoid by clothes (as I had been) that I thought were cute but really didn't look good for on my figure.
