This is another clever Andy Carpenter who-done-it, with all the usual suspects (Marcus Clark, Laurie Collins, Sam, Pete Stanton, Vince). Andy once dated Jenny Nichols (in high school). However, she has come home to Patterson, NJ, for some R&R and finds herself in a murder mystery. Unfortunately, she's left holding the bag -- she is accused of stabbing her ex-boyfriend, actor Ryan Griffin, in the back. He managed to take up real estate in her house, in her kitchen, with her cake knife. Jenny is not having a good day.
