Beautiful color photos. Introduction has a nice synopsis of people, food, and cooking. Tasty, useable recipes for all courses.

This book has some great recipies in it, but it needs a great cheif to go with it..

Part Two: the Vietnamese kitchen and cooking methods and ingredients.
