Excellent for implementing the ideas in the companion book, "Foods That Heal." A good idea for anyone trying to follow a healthier diet! It takes you from "You ought to eat fish" to "Here's some ideas of what to do with that fish you have sitting in your fridge with no ideas of your own of what to do with it."
