This book is interesting in that it approaches forgiveness from a rational, logical point of view, rather than an emotional one. A blend of common sense, medical research, and practically, it's a good read for anyone who has said, "Why sould I forgive, when my life is just fine without doing so?" The writing is engaging, the arguments convincing and the case examples (including work with mothers from Belfast whose family members were lost to violence) compelling. Worthwhile.
