Bestselling Author Julie Prentice and her family have moved across the country to escape a stalker who started terrorizing them after the publication of her first novel. Not knowing anyone in their new neighborhood, Julie bonds quickly with the next-door neighbor John Dunbar. But things seem to be going wrong in their new home. Julie becomes the target of harassments. Has the stalker found her? Are the people in her new neighborhood out to get her too?

When this book started out, it was obvious something big had happened. Then it goes back one year to start the story about Julie and her family moving to the new neighborhood. I read half of the book and I still didn't know what was going on. Actually, I was bored because so far nothing had happened. It doesn't happen very often, but I gave up on this book. DNF

This book was only just ok for me. I never felt very invested in the characters or the story line. I did continue to turn the pages to learn the outcome of the mysteries.
