This is a memoir-type of book, HOWEVER, the epilogue, which is written by the psychiatrist who worked with the author through his split identities, is AMAZING! The story is compelling itself. You won't be disappointed with it. The book is actually written "by" the different personalities--very, very interesting to consider.

This is an amazing true story of a highly successful man who did not realize that he had multiple personalities until he was middle-aged.
He tackles his problems head on and makes remarkable progress with therapy. He also learns to respect and understand each of the personalities as he incorporates what they bring into his life.
It gets a little wordy, but it is still a worthwhile read.
