I love this book. It is an absolutely fascinating look at weird weather happenings from all over the world.

Although quite a bit (but not all) of the material is anecdotal, I still found it very interesting to read. Especially amusing is the early "scientific" explanations of some of freakish weather. The final chapter gives a sampling of freakish weather in all fifty states plus Puerto Rico and Washington D.C.
