Tom Garrison, also called Tag while he was in the Marines, moves to the quiet town of Chesterfield, Nebraska. He was trying to run from his memories and the quiet area and hard farm work helped some but you can never run. When he meets his neighbors shortly after the move it was because of an emergency. Jenna Atkins needed to get her son to the hospital 2 hours away. A broken down truck and no phone service sent Tag into action. Who knew one trip to the hospital would change his life.
