Good recipes that are easy to follow. The cold brussels sprouts salad is a constant favorite and always a hit at potlucks and picnics!
I no longer keep wine in the house so I don't cook with it. The cookbook is a good one and Jeff Smith, whatever other mistakes he may have made, is a great cook.
