I found this cookbook jarring. The meat recipes were mixed with the desserts, and there was no organization to make it easier to find a particular recipe. I didn't find any I was interested in trying. BookSumo is great at offering nutritional information, servings, prep time, and the total time needed to complete a dish. This book called for too many unusual ingredients, such as rose water, saffron threads, etc.
