Former football player and Dancing with the Stars champion Emmett Smith shares lessons he has learned from his life and how he reached his goals and fulfilled his dreams. Every chapter has a different topic to help the reader attain their goals in life. I thought the book was okay but it had a hard time keeping my attention. Some of the Scripture references seemed out of context as well, but the overall book was decent.
