This is one of those books that is almost physically satisfying to read. A good blend of mystery, intrigue, and romance. The mystery was just complex enough to carry the story, but not so overloaded with characters and sidelines to make it overwhelming. Love this author.
The journey between Slade and Ursala made me wish there were sequels.
