A nice visual guide.
Great book with wonderful color pictures. Good information about the gems as well as the variations in color. There is some early history mentioned, too, which was very interesting to read and I would have liked to have had more. This is so far my favorite book about gems and I think, the best. Worth the money for that special gem lover, a good stocking stuffer.
