I have an audio copy of "George's Secret Key to the Universe" by Lucy & Steven Hawking - ISBN: 0743571674.  According to the description on PBS, there should be an illustrated booklet included...

The cover of my audio doesn't mention any booklet, only an enhanced CD which is part of my copy.

P.S. It is marketed as a Children's audio, but I'm 63 and found it very entertaining.
