This book was just okay for me
I finally got this book after 2 years of it being on my WL. I should have saved the space for something better. I struggled to finish reading it. I lost track of some of the characters and sometimes had no idea what she was talking about. I was really hoping this one was going to be a lot better than it was.
Great book. Book 2 of the Alex Davidson character. The first one is So Five Minutes Ago. Definitely read both!
This book was a good, quick beach read on my recent vacation, but it was not great. The plot and characters were a bit underdeveloped and it lacked the story that makes you want to keep turning the pages. If you like reading about the exciting, high-pressured world of Hollywood, I recommend "The Second Assistant" and "The First Assistant" both by Clare Naylor.
