Just as good as book 1 . This author does not disappoint. From all the characters, the owners of the antique shops each with a unique and fun personality. I've ordered them all and after the first two I'm sure I'll enjoy all of them.
I didn't think I'd like this book but it was GREAT! Interesting story and marvelous characters and it left me wanting to read the next one right away!
Tamar Myers has a great series, a mystery but funny. You'll enjoy them all.

Abigail Timberlake has parlayed her savy about exquisite antiques into a thriving enterprise "The Den of Antiquity" She's a force to be reckoned with in Charlotte's close-knit world of mavens, eccentrics and cutthroat dealers. But a supurb gilt-edged 18th century French armoire she purchased for a song at an estate sale has just arrived with something she didn't pay for: a dead body.

Second mystery in series about the antique dealer Abigail Timberlake. When a dead body is found in her shop she decides to solve the crime in order to get her shop open again during busy tourist time. Very much a cozy, it's set in North Carolina.

Second in the Den of Antiquity series and it was a bit confusing with so many characters. Abby gets some beautiful antique furniture but the armoire came with a dead body. It is right before Christmas and the police close her shop for investigation. A terrible time to be closed, Abby is determined to get to the bottom of the murder so she can be open for Christmas sales. In doing so, she nearly ends up dead herself! Love the characters Wynelle and C.J. even though they are a tad too zany for belief. Cute book.

When Abby's purchases from an auction are delivered she gets more than she bargained for namely a dead body inside her Louis XV Armoire. Needless to say when the police close her antique shop she gets it into her mind to find out who put the body in her armoire and who did the dirty deed. Tamar Myers is quick and fast with her words and the book was a fun read.
This is a wonderful book full of love of old stuff and lots of fun mystery
Another fun book by Tamar Myers. She creates wonderfully funny characters, and she really knows her antiques.
