This book is exactly as advertised: gluten free baking classics. The same old flour mixes, the same old recipes, nothing new. Probably a good choice if you're starting out.
I looked at this book and decided all the different flours and such were going to be too much trouble for me, so am passing it on. But it's got a lot of great classic baking recipes, and so if you're willing to make up the flour mixes she specifies--you're there! :-)
