This cookbook was probably ok, just not for me. I'd have to describe the recipes as a little "highfalutin" - maybe good for adults with an interest in ethnic cooking, though. There seemed to be an emphasis on tofu and soy. Baking recipes were limited, and used a lot of sorghum flour and agave nectar (I guess that's the sugar-free part, which I'm not limited on).
