Definitely a fun summer read. Raises lots of questions about the here after. Shows how much a family needs it's mother. And father. You will finish this book in just a few short hours. Enough plot twists to keep you going.

The beautiful Nantucket summer setting of Golden Girl by Elin Hilderbrand brings forth the idea of a summer beach read. This book avails itself of that setting but then turns from the summer beach read into something much more serious and a take on issues plucked from the headlines. The book is a quick, entertaining while it lasts, and leaves the lesson of forgiveness which is always important to remember.

Just finished this amazing book in two days! I did not want to put it down! So much happens in life after death, so I'd like to think that part is real! My favorite genre of book to read-a story about family relationships, girlfriend relationships and beachside communities- what else do you need? Elin Hilderbrand has written so many fabulous stories. This one topped them all!
