This is an excellent book for learning why you yell at your kids and triggers to look for and how to stop. It REALLY helped me a lot! Great book, worth getting.

VERY GOOD!!
I loved this book! It was so real-life and down-to-earth, I really felt like it could have been written for me personally, even though these are issues that are a part of most every woman's life. It is very funny, but does a great job of helping you re-align your priorities. Very well-done and thought-provoking.
Wonderful book. A must have for all moms. If you've ever even been frustrated with your child, this book will be a blessing. It brings a lot of biblical truth to light, makes you search your heart and gives you great solutions...all while bringing a good dose of humor!
