My 19th month old just loves this book. He can recall words from the images, such as "mush", "kittens", and "clock" and insists on reading it multiple times before bed. The repetition and simplicity of the story sounds lovely to the ear.

When my son was 1-2 yrs. old, he really enjoyed finding the mouse in the room each time we came to the sections with color. He also liked pointing out the balloon and whatever else we were reading about. He's the one that noticed that the balloon is not always next to the bed. =) Excellent book for baby's bedtime.

My son adores this book. It was read over and over again, so many times in fact that I don't even have to look at it anymore to recite the words! It would not have been something I would have purchased myself as it didn't seem that great to me, but my son's pediatrician gave it to him, and I was surprised at how much he loved it....and still does 2 years later!
One of our favorite books. Wonderfully illustrated, adorable book. I read it so many times to my children that we both had it memorized. My kids loved to "find" the mouse on all of the color pages.

We love this book. It's a classic. It's a great book for bedtime after you bathed your child and you're about to turn off the lights. There's something very soothing and peaceful about how the bunny in the book goes to sleep. I think it gives children the confidence to fall asleep and not be afraid of bad dreams.
