This is the best Charlie Moon Mystery yet. Kept me guess the whole right to the last page.
Interesting, and a fun read. Will read more by this author.
a lawman with a hardy appetite for lid and an unshakable faith in the explicable ,southern ute acting chief of police charlie moon is not prepared to accept a purley supernatural explanstione for the recent stange events of april 1 .nerthless, something carried off tommy tonompicket, research scientist william pizinski, in the black chilll of the colorado night.and something ripped the head off a man outside a lonely cabin in the mountains
Really enjoyed this book. Lots of twists and turns.
In Tony Hillerman style, Indian policeman solves a crime mystery. Mysterious, humorous, a little occult thrown in.
My first book in the Charlie Moon series. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Great yarn, keeps you guessing until the end.
You can get really comfortable with Charlie Moon. The mixture of Indian folklore, and down to earth police business, leaves the reader unsure of what to believe... Especially when the villain appears to be a giant spider, big as a house, accidentally summoned up by a small girl who killed a spider...
Excellent novel with a Native American main character. If you like Tony Hillerman, you'll like this book.
