WOW! As usual this author just blows me away. I only understand about half of the technical stuff but the human interactions seem so honest and descriptions are so realistic I am on the edge of my seat nearly from the first page. Don't miss this one....it's a duzzy!

This is one of Tess Gerritsen's best books ever. As always, she really develops her characters; in this case, astronauts and others involved in NASA, the International Space Station, and the space program. When a scientific experimentin space goes terribly wrong, it is fascinating to learn how space and ground crews handle life and death situations while experiencing a myriad of human emotions. Into all of this is woven interesting facts about how it feels to blast off into space, and what it's like to live on the space station for an extended period.

This is her best one yet. A gripping story with characters that are real. Having worked in NASA for years I appreciate the research that was put into this story...it all sounds right on the money. Terrific book; I hated to get to the last page.

Outstanding and eminently readable, 'Gravity' is part medical thriller, part science fiction, and all un-put-downable.

When a lab experiment sent to the International Space Station for study under microgravity conditions turns deadly, it's up to the station crew to try to stay alive and to NASA's ground crew to figure out how to provide aid and whether to bring them home and risk contaminating Earth with a horrifying plague. Woven through this are the complex relationships between several of the main characters and, ultimately, between a civilian space exploration program and a military structure whose goals are often very different.

Gerritson never cuts back on the suspense and keeps various countdown clocks ticking as the story unspools. Descriptions of the agonizing and lethal attacks on the various ISS crew members are not for the faint of heart. This one will keep you up until the last page is turned ⦠and perhaps for a while beyond that.

One of Gerritsen's best yet. I missed the movie, but loved the book and do not need to see the movie now. There is no way it would be as good.

The book held my attention with every page and there were no slow areas where the story dragged. In fact, I began reading it around noon yesterday and finished it this morning. Loved it!

I felt as though I learned so much and really appreciated the addition of a Glossary which saved me from many moments of confusion that I might have had had it not been there. I also have a far better understanding and appreciation of NASA and all our wonderful, brave astronauts.

Great book. I felt like I was on the Space Station, but it was not too much detail.
