This is some very old stories, many written in the 1800, so classics. Some are really good, and can stand the test of time. Some are boring.

You can read/listen to the 6 cds out of order since it is all short stories on each disc.

I really do think you will enjoy listening to the stories. A few are about cats. But maybe not in a good way.

I do think the idea or Love and romance is still there but mildly dated. You might enjoy the more romanticized love stories.

So yes, do take the time to get this audio book.
