I cringed when I read this. (I received it as a Christmas gift.) There's nothing wrong with it as a cookbook - it's full of great recipes for every type of ground meat.
BUT I live in the real world and I cannot FATHOM buying all these varieties of expensive(?!) cuts of meat and then grinding them all up into mince. It's seems almost criminal! If you've got money to throw away and want to learn a new technique then it's for you. But I'll pass on this one.
