One of the worst I've ever tried to read, yes I said tried---gave up about midway

If you don't know what this is about well here it is---

SPOILERS!!!!!!!

The story starts with a bachelor party at the home of Richard for his brother, it goes really wrong when they realize the 'strippers' they hired are not just strippers but 'whores' and had Russian guards, on and on

Then it goes to the main girl, Alexandria, and her story starts when she was a child

The chapters go back and forth, chapter about the party and what happened, then about the girl, on and on

Of course there is a murder in the house and of course it effects the marriage of Richard, on and on

This is a story about how she became a sex slave in Russia and the 'f' word is used so much it just gets disgusting

I gave up because I just got tired of the writing style and felt the story just not very good at all and really just bored and disgusted with the story

I haven't read this author before and I'll try another one but this one did not impress me at all and I hated the writing style of this book!

It was only OK. Definitely not his best work. I've loved a few of his but find some of Bohjalian's others just don't have the same quality. It's like he is writing for the paycheck.
