Another good mystery in this series. Sarah Booth and Tinkie go to New Orleans to help clear a charismatic healer on the charge of murdering her baby. Cece pops in and out, stirring up trouble. And Sarah Booth's love life gets even more complicated. A good read.

This series is a quick & fun read, but is getting more predictable with each book. The killer was easy to spot in this one, and the conflict between Sarah's two "lovers" is getting a bit tired.
All in all, this is a good, quick read for those times when you need something to keep you slightly entertained, but nothing to sink your teeth into.

A perfect southern mystery. See review for Them Bones for more detail.

This is a terrific series! Good plotting, excellent characters dished out Southern style!
Another excellent mystery by Carolyn Haines. I just love the sisterhood trio she's created with Sarah Booth, Tinkie, and Cece.
One of a mystery series featuring P.I. Sarah Booth Delaney. Interesting characters, a good read. "A lively tale of Southern suspense."
