Yet another book by Kids Can Press. They publish books with themes. This book is arts and crafts centered around learning about other cultures and other peoples. This book is organized on a week by week basis with one theme per week. One week may be heroism, birthdays, friendship, etc. Then there is one activity to do per day to cover that theme. It could be a song or a craft or something to talk about and think about. This is perfect for the classroom teacher as it is very well organized and divided up into small chunks to be covered each day. It is also helpful to a homeschooling parent.
