Another excellent book by Faye Kellerman. Of some concern - Decker celebrates his 60th birthday and ponders retirement at certain points along the way to solving multiple murders. A surprise from Cindy, Rina's usual calm during the storm and the whole family gathers to honor Dad. Good from beginning to end. I sure don't want Decker to run out of steam - I enjoy the books too much.
It was one of Kellerman's best books yet. I can't wait to continue reading about Peter and Rina, they are almost like family!
I liked the writing style and thought the story was fairly good until about page 300, by that time I would want a story to have more facts put into it and on the way to being close to the end, so for me this book was about 100 pages too long and I lost interest, about page 250 I knew it was starting to drag but by page 300 it was just dragging along with too much unnecessary stuff and that makes me lose interest quick
Love all her books. She's a better writer, and her themes in he books are more interesting than her husband Jonathan Kellerman.
Loved this book.
