During the last twenty years, Aniela and Jerzy Gregorek have been approached to help many different people achieve an attractive, strong body, free of pain and medications. Clients wanted a plan that was simple, structured and effective, one that would develop a new lifestyle and prevent them from returning to their old habits.
From this experience, the Gregoreks discovered six essential elements required for people to achieve their desirable goals. They needed to get stronger, become more flexible, lose weight, gain muscle, get better posture, and become quicker. They also needed to release stress and nurture their bodies. Aniela and Jerzy created a comprehensive program to help people, but eventually found that their clients became dependent on them as trainers and couldnt make the program their own. The solution?
