I really like the main character, which is why I'm following the series. I also like the writing, but this one seemed to drag at places. By drag I don't mean boring, I mean another bunch of captures and near killings and escapes - sometimes from real danger and sometimes it was more annoying interruption of their day. The minor love story turned out good, but I felt like the author was told to make the book a certain number of pages and kept adding little action scenes to get there. As far as Israel being the bad guys, there are always a few bad turnips in every bin, so I didn't put a lot of stock in that.
