Written in 1955. My first grade class absolutely loved it, we spent a period writing about their favorite part (overwhelmingly, it was him drawing the buildings)
This has been one my very favorite books since I can remember my mother reading to me. It is very imaginative, and just fun! I am now reading it to my 8 month old daughter, who loves books and being read to.
My son and I love this book. It's very engaging and we can read and re-read it again and again.
Originally written in 1955. It held my Kindergarten classes attention pretty well.
The kids love this book!
