If you love Marge Piercy, this is a way out and futuristic, but classic Piercy. Great science fiction.

Great psychological futuristic science fiction about a woman in a future Jewish culture and cyborg creation.
A very fasinating read. Usually don't read sci-fi but this book was good.
Wow another great Piercy book - good read!!!
This is one of my favorite books ever. The Golem in Prague and the future - what could be better?
I love the way Marge Piercy writes and pulls you slowly into her world, until the only way out is to finish the book. She creates characters that have spirit and wisdom, stupidity and human/robotic frailties. I am looking forward to reading more of her books.
You really must read this book. Anyone who loves Marge Piercy will rate the caliber of her story telling as "Tops".
I learned a lot about Jewish culture and religion from He, She and It. But here's what is most important about the book: Marge Piercy knows how to relate true devotion of one being for another. Yod's devotion to Shira is remarkable. I have given the book an AKA title: 'You Were Programmed to Love Me'.
