Windsor Academy ranks as one of the best New England prep schools money can buy. But...the headmaster's wife has student affairs, and Gregor Demarkian, former FBI agent is called in to solve a mystery. There is something crooked going on....dirty tricks and murder.........
A good mystery, very involved, lots of characters.
a particularly dark Demarkian mystery. It's beautifully plotted and written as always, but a good deal of critique of education is added to the mix.

This was actually one of my favorites in the series. Several real personalities, i.e., characters much more defined than in some of her books (and I do love these books).

Suspicion falls on an unstable prep school student who finds his roommate (rumored to have been having an affair with the headmaster's wife) hanged in their room. The suspect's famous mom hires retired FBI agent Demarkian (Conspiracy Theory) to look into the matter. The latest in a solid series
