OMG!! I am only like thirty pages into this book and it is amazing! Women if you have painful periods, or have been told you have fibroids by a doctor and the only thing they can do is perform surgery, read this book first! Dr. Allen W(crazy spelled name here) Is really great in explaining how our bodies work. If you have questions and/or are even just interested in the way our bodies work. I seriously recommend it. Very easy to read, not dry at all. Great stories to relate to. This book is really well written and great for people who really want a change in the pain and in their lifestyle. 5 star book for sure!

The book talks about changing diet, exercise, mental health like in relaxation and reducing stress in your life. Herbal tintures, decoctions and tonics. I would recommend to anyone struggling with any gynecological health to read this book. The other thing is it's super informative about liver health and how it affects hormones. Really great book.
